Events
We are delighted to offer recurring events designed to enrich the experience of PALiISaDS scholars. Each month, we strive to offer opportunities for scholars to engage with speakers with relevant specializations in their professional or academic work. This year, PALiISaDS Presents events are scheduled for the first Thursday of each month from 3:30-4:30 PM PT. On this page, you can find our preliminary schedule and subscribe to our Google Calendar.

December 7 Workshop: Finding and Applying for REUs
Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REUs) are paid experiences at universities that invite students from across the country to engage in research, develop professionally, and connect with new people. In this workshop, you will learn how to find the right REUs for you, talk about how to prepare an application, and go over frequently asked questions about finding REUs. We will also provide some time for discussion and feedback on your application materials. Bring your questions and a copy of your resume/CV.
